Known for his attention to detail, commitment to safety, and focus on quality, Nathan has built lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams throughout his career. As President, he provides strategic leadership while ensuring every project is delivered with professionalism, reliability, and integrity.
Chandler Barrett
Vice President & Project Manager
Chandler Barrett specializes in managing complex commercial construction projects for nationally recognized clients, including Kroger, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Food Lion, Walmart, and PGA TOUR Superstore. He has extensive experience delivering retail construction projects in active, occupied environments where maintaining daily business operations is essential.
His expertise includes project management, contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and client relations. Working closely with owners, subcontractors, and field personnel, Chandler is committed to delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while building lasting client relationships through professionalism and communication.
